I was bored so I looked up a bunch of XV stuff.

I had forgotten how pretty it was. Especially this one:

All right, OK, let's talk, PC port of FF VII.

I love you, but god daisies why can't I remap the controls? I took way more damage than I should have during the motorcycle sequence because swing right is mapped to X and swing left is mapped to Ins. Whyyyyyyyy

Also why do you keep minimizing the window randomly all of a sudden? I was not having this problem earlier.

Also this doesn't just apply to the PC port, but good lord, I can't tell where I can and can't go sometimes. It took me a few minutes to figure out why I couldn't go through a door in Shinra HQ because I didn't realize it was underneath the balcony I was on due to the camera being a pain in the booty sometimes.

If there was just one thing I could fix about FF VII, I'd adjust practically every camera angle so that the player doesn't end up confused and the directions you walk in make sense.

But yeah, this game is fun besides that.

A little necrobump, I'm so hype about Final Fantasy Explorer.

Also, I just beat the shit out of Caius In FF XIII: Lightnings Return.
Took me 14 restart, but I got it, by the skin of my booty.

I'm trying to fill all the critical charts before Theatrhythm Curtain Call's one year anniversary.

I have about 8 Basic and Expert charts left (they're all Event Stages...) and about 50-60 Ultimate charts left. FFs II, III, IV, XI, and Mystic Quest are all fully done. As a general rule, all Field Stages are done (save one or two here and there), so it's mostly just the fightins' what need doing.

Am I crazy? Yes. But I think this is doable. Mine is the stylus that will pierce the heavens.

I'm trying to do the same but I didn't set any time limit for myself, so it'll take a lil' while.

Finished all Basic and Expert charts. Been working on Event stages since once you play them enough, they're easy to know which sections you need to do perfectly in order to fill the chart.

And can we all agree that the hardest field stage is The Castle? Because Jesus Christ.

When I started this quest, I had 70 total songs to complete.

I am now down to the final four.

They are:

Dancing Mad (VI)
The Last Hunter (XIII-2)
Battle with Seymour (X)
Otherworld (X)

I saved the ones from X for last since X is my favorite and I'm trying to symbolic or some such nonsense.

When I started this I was actually really skeptical I would do it but then I just dove in so hard and now here I am.

As far as songs to finish on this is a pretty good selection. And at least it's not goddamn Challenge.

Final Fantasy IX coming to PC. HD Character Models.
http://store.steampowered.com/app/377840/
I'm buying it as soon as it is available. Oh man I love FF9, at least with this the character models already look nice compared to OrigFF7, just now they're more cleaner. :D
Also No Encounters mode, this will make level 1 runs and getting Excalibur 2 SO MUCH EASIER.

Yea, FFIX is tied with VI for me. My cousin actually made a pretty complete strategy guide for Final Fantasy IX for an assignment in college once. I looked through it once and was pretty impressed.

Another one who's huge fan of IX. I like other Final Fantasy games, but IX felt really special. Granted I'm not really fan of main character but then again it has Garnet, Seifer (...spelling? ) and best character of all the time; Vivi.

So looking forward to this on PC :D
