Yes, we need more stress than the Marionette's music box or doors and limited power. Though, FNaF3 will have its own gimmick. Basically, it boils down to having a way to deter most of the animatronics, Foxy, and a stress inducer. And then there's Golden Freddy. Also this. (not a jumpscare I promise)

Aside from the new animatronic, there's some other new things:
The Greenlight page is here

    The game takes place 30 years after FNaF, and the restaurant was converted to a horror attraction
    There is "only one animatronic"
    Your office has one door
    You have control over "audio devices", "camera system", and "ventilation"
    The camera doesn't take up the whole screen
    The box of parts from the last teaser is in your office?
    Behind the new animatronic, Freddy's torso and head are propped up on a pole

And then the security guard, like the others, gets to experience a side of the establishment quite different from what it usually is to the children. He gets to eat pizza with the animatronic and play fun games and sing and dance with it.
