I just got PotG for jungle raging a Hanzo off the map just as he wanted to double dragon. Feels pretty good.

Competitive is out boys. MMR's crazy and Sudden Death somehow made it past PTR but I reckon in a few weeks everything 'll be sorted out. The system itself is pretty good.

Edit: Also, who wants to group up after we've all finished our Placement matches and shizz?

Lost my first placement match, dang. It was a really hard fought round on Temple of Anubis. Couldn't even take the first point, but didn't let them take the first point either, then lost on overtime Sudden Death Defense.

Junkrat is really growing on me recently. Used him in both defense rounds and did pretty well. Even got a PotG in a regular match yesterday, without even using my ult.

Finished my placement matches and got Rank 47 which is not too terrible, around what I expected.

I have to say though, I really hope they remove or rework Sudden Death. It's pretty much just RNG at this point, especially on maps like King's Row and Dorado, the attacking side has a clear upper hand. I'd rather tie the match than win it through a Coin Flip.

Lost the first 3, won the 4th. Did 20k healing as Lucio in 4 rounds Lijang tower. That was a pretty intense match, even though we won decisively 3:1.

People are way more toxic in comp. Not towards me so far, but I had a guy lkast match rage really hard towards a junkrat on our team.

Still fun though.

EDIT: I just got my first good Zarya ult. Got 100% energy by clutch shielding me and Genji from a junkrat tire, and then killed 5 of the team. Video here, it cuts out the junkrat shield though

Speaking of which, Mercy is the only character so far who has more than 1 weapon. They could still expand on that.

Man I was talking with friends about the possibility of a "Crusader's Crossbow"/healer/sniper combo in OW. Imagine my face when I found out it might actually be happening.

Hey, we could use more snipers, and we could use more supports, so why not make the new character both? I'm excited.

had a hilarious moment on Comp King's Row where I RIP-tired a Mercy and Rein, was killed while Riptiring but the Reaper that killed me killed himself on my passive.
