Amiibo is a huge part of the next Nintendo direct, here's the info that was supposedly leaked, just a reminder that this could be fake.

Splatoon Amiibo could be really happening, basically they give you special equipment.

Supposedly, wave 5 will include Ganondorf(plz be real), Palutena, Jigglypuff, Zero Suit Samus, Falco, and Duck Hunt.

Supposedly the Ganondorf Amiibo will support Hyrule Warriors, giving Ganon a new weapon.
That's all.

I've made a Google Drive sheet with all the info I know about Amiibos.

Whoever has this link can freely edit it and feel free to correct any mistakes or make a copy for you to keep track of.

Whenever I visit the local Walmart, they have the Amiibo placed on the wrong hooks. That bothers me every time I see it, so I go through and reorganize all of them. The name of the character is written on the packaging, people!

Stop putting Link in the Zelda space!

It's probably not the employees. The ones at Target are usually pretty well organized, but Walmart's are sometimes on the wrong hooks behind others, I think people are just trying to hide them for later
