It's after you beat Wilhelm. You can ignore putting in the new power core for a bit, and go talk to Lilith. She'll give you a quest in Tundra Express that leads to a quest with Tiny Tina that gets you the grenade mod.

Really? I don't recall getting the grenade mod after doing her quests.

It has to be DIRECTLY AFTER Wilhelm I think. Like, you have to go back to Sanctuary and not finish the quest so Santuary doesn't take off.

The quest where you get it is called The Pretty Good Train Robbery, and it's AFTER the quest Lilith gives you.

You mean where Tina gave you those bangin' twins with the big bootaaaaays?

Well looks like I missed it.

So I got a Lv50 Conference Call.

Decided haha whatever lets go see if i can get the bee now because I had to do a quest in the nexus anyways.

So I got a Lv50 The Bee.

After killing Terramorphous a few times and being utterly depressed with the class proletariats, none of which are helpful, I decided to go face down BUNK3R again, see what I can get.

Now, in doing so, I had to fight though alllll those waves of Hyperion troops.

I learned something valuable.

The Bee is only overpowered when it's in a boss situation. It WRECKS bosses.
But on it's own, as a shield in regular combat? Could actually be better. It's too weak to really rely on, and it takes a while to recharge. Basically you're forced to just try and kill before you can be killed and it's honestly not the best shield ever in a normal situation.

Created an Anarchy mecromancer and oh my god this is so much damage I can't handle
Though the best thing is I can have a hundred stacks and STILL rack up headshots with my sniper like it's going out of style.

That's not gonna last very long.

A friend of mine watched me fire off a few shots at x400 Anarchy. I was firing a shotgun almost straight upwards, at a surveyor.

Some of the bullets were apparently hitting the ground.

Got that horrible sniper rifle after completing Hyperion Contres #843 or something , I lost count at 600.
That mission goes well with the Arena in the Fridge, though I didn't get Moxxxie's Rocket launcher.
But I went to The Dust after I got the sniper, and I found, and robbed, the Caravan and instantly outclassed it with a Jakob's rifle. Also i got a really nice corrosive pistol from the back of the arms dealer's shop, It does like 438 damage, which is still pretty good, but I don't think I'll replace it with a Jakob pistol since it's just so darn useful.
Also got a new launcher that does 10k damage, more than double what my old one did.
Still got the same shot gun that I've had since before Sanctuary was lifted into the air. And nothings outclassed it yet.

How do I start the Pirate DLC? I Downloaded it and everything, where do I go to kick it off? I wanna do it before I beat the game.
I already finished Bearer of Bad news.

Man if anyone needs a Level 44 Melee Zer0 on the weekends, I'm totes game.

Or if anyone just wants boss loot because like apparently my Siren murders all now.

Okay this end game is so bullshit.
Everything is one level higher than me and for some reason that means they all one shot me.
This bad booty contrustor isn't even fucking fair. I'm lost almost 100K because I've been dieing non stop. There are seriously no missions left for me to gain XP off of save for those timed ones, and fucked the timed missions.
So I think unless I get some help,. I'm done with this game. It was fun until I was surrounded by BS.

Also i've died so much that Mordecai and Brick came back to life.

Borderlands' leveling system is exponential. If enemies are a level higher than you, then they're more than likely actually several times stronger and better equipped. Anything higher than three levels is basically doom.

You always want to be at least two levels higher than what the story mission level is. Anything else increases difficulty by several hundred times.

Unless you're at level 50, in which case the game bodaciously starts throwing god-tier loot at you, so even though things can be like level 53 and such, you're still gonna kick booty because you have all these fucking GUNS.

Like I said I've done evrything I can really do.
I could really use a partner at least.
