Shes not out, yet. I sorta like the Cowgirl outfit for her though.

Also now that Ez has been nerfed incoming Garen and Morgana nerfs.

Any advice on playing Kat? I'm just following the recommended items mostly for an AP build, usually focus on bouncing blade first. I played against an AD Kat the other day who absolutely trashed me, thinking of trying that out sometime

AD kat is awesome. Get sorc boots though since the magic pen still helps for her ult. Get like a couple of those heart of golds early game for money + survivability, then sell em to get BF swords and stack like bloodthirsters.

Not doing as much damage with Teemo as I would like by end game.

Leoj, any ideas?

I'm not Leoj, but Teemo is weaksauce. Ashe or Tristana are better tbh

I prefer the fact i can trick enemies into mushroom traps basically ensuring their death, and poison harass with a blind poison that can hurt like a motherfucker with AP bonuses.

Badfish is correct. Ashe and Trist can put out more ranged DPS than Teemo and their ults (if used correctly) can really help. Ashe especially with her across the map arrow and the scouting owl not to mention her slows. On paper Ashe is one of the best champs, she is just really squishy and requires a lot of items in order to be good. Tristana doesn't have the utility of Ashe but she has that rocket jump which is great for escaping so she has more survivability.

As for Teemo. His shrooms help scout and his blind shot/poison is nice. He can move around quickly as well but he is really just outperformed. I see some successful AD/atk spd builds with him to make him crazy with his auto attack but then you lose dmg on the blind shot and shrooms as well as poison. The problem with the AP build is you pretty much sacrifice any decent auto attack dmg to hit better with your abilities but his abilities are a long enough cooldown where its not that good and people who stack magic resist/health will make you useless. Late game the shrooms don't do much unless people run over them at low health, and even then that requires them actually hitting them. So many times people will just miss setting one off and survive, its happened to me a lot of times.

In the end Teemo can be fun to play but in a competitive setting such as ranked games, I would stay away from him as other champions accomplish his role better. You can of course play him for fun and any character that is fed will do well pretty much. Just make sure if you go AP to end the game fast as the longer it takes the more likely people are to invest in defensive items, effectively shutting down your AP (banshees veil for example is relatively common and really hurts Teemo as it blocks his blinding shot).

It is up to you who you want to play though. Its a game and you are meant to have fun even if your teammates yell at you or not.

Also just as a word of advice, I am not that great at this game. I only have like 500-600 games total (wins and losses). I do however have good friends and I occasionally watch livestreams of the better players and keep up to date on the LoL forums. So while I may not play the best, I still try to know whats going on in the world of Runeterra.

Also if you are having trouble looking for builds for a hero try this place:

http://leaguecraft.com/

Go to the Champion select under Database and select the desired champ and there are guides you can read about what runes/masteries to take as well as item order and skill order and summoner spells.

Kassadin is very interesting. It is easy to nuke for kills but at the same time you are squishy and riftwalking up to full health tanks can prove deadly and you will get called retarded.

The problem I find is that Ashe is often a terrible hero for me, and Tristana is fucking useless by end game. Running my Urgot and Sion build usually puts out enough AP and Attack speed/damage so meh.

If you're not doing enough damage as a physical character, try getting a Madred's Bloodrazor. It does great against any tank foolish enough to stack nothing but armor, and it's really hard to balance out health, magic resist, and armor without leaving yourself vulnerable to at least one of the three counters (magic percentage-based damage, physical attacks, and hard damage respectively). Of course, Tristana can only cover two of those bases, but at least the casters on your team will have it easy if they focus on keeping you down.

It's also worth noting that Ashe, Tristana, and Teemo will have nearly identical damage outputs at the end-game before their abilities are taken into consideration, because they're all just ranged auto-attackers. The reasons characters like Tristana and Yi are regarded as carries is because they have abilities that replace the need for certain items, allowing you to focus on the others earlier. For example, Tristana gets Rapid Fire to replace attack speed items and Ashe gets Frost Arrows to replace the Frozen Mallet.

At least, that's what I've been told. I've yet to find a physical character that I enjoy playing, although Urgot seems interesting... anyone care to share their thoughts on him?
