I'm tem green. I get better value out of selling my trading cards than trying to get enough to craft badges.

I nearly fell into the sale trap and bought Skyrim. "Hey it's only 3,74€ I could get that..."

Good thing I remembered I don't actually like nor want to play Skyrim. You almost had me there Gaben, almost

So far for this sale I've bought the Age of Empires HD legacy bundle (which is AoE II HD, an expansion, and AoE II complete collection), Dragon Age: Origins, and Monaco (which I'm not enjoying a whole lot but oh well). Oh yeah and I also finally bought the skyrim dragonborn DLC.

I'm considering putting more cheddar into my account but I want to budget myself, yknow? I still have 11 dollars left to buy things.

Can't you buy things directly through Steam now? Or is that only available in certain regios? It's what I do these days.

Also good on you for picking up AoE II, hope you'll enjoy it.

Yeah you can buy things through steam but you have to have a credit card or a paypal account, and for some reason my paypal isn't linked to my checking account yet.

I have Age of Empires II on CD but it doesn't work very well on my computer which is why I decided to but it again haha

Aha yeah I ran into compatibility issues last time I tried to run it at a LAN too, don't think I managed to fix them either, but that might have just been that laptop slowly dying since it worked a year before on the same machine.

I can just buy things directly with my regular debit card, but like I said it's probably a regional thing since it asks to reconfirm I'm from Belgium.

Haha, there are a couple problems with that...for me, I mean

for starters I don't have my debit card yet
I only recently persuaded my parents to let me have access to my bank account, so the debit card is still pending.

Plus, I have two checking accounts: one for irl purchases and one for online purchases. It just gives me an extra buffer in case someone tries to get into my cheddar. The online checking account is the one I linked paypal to, and I'm not getting a debit card for that.

Also I finally was able to verify my bank account with paypal just ten minutes ago, but now I've hit another snag...steam won't do the direct transfer from my bank account, through paypal, to steam, so I have to add cheddar to my paypal account...and in order to do that, I have to verify my identity. And paypal wants a copy of my driver's license (mine is outdated and has my old address on it), a bill with my name and address to confirm my address (I don't even get bills??) and a way to verify my social security number, and I have no idea where those documents are.

This whole endeavor just seems like a great big goose egg now >:[

Well I've given up on Sonic Generations going on flash/daily/choice sale, so I've just purchased it for half off. If it goes on flash sale right at the end I will vomit all over steam in rage.

I could have sworn Green Man Gaming had a sega sale not too long ago. Which doesn't really help you but hey.

Everyone should have enhanced steam if they do not already.
