It'd be a huge oversight if the volume was either on or off with no in between.

Or if you had to navigate through menus to change the volume.

I'm kind of tempted to buy the 3DS for the network features even if I don't get games for it right away, since I could still play my DS games on it. Also, since it has DSiWare, I could FINALLY get the new Shantae game (I didn't get a DSi because it's stupid).

New Mario Game Announced for 3DS: Japanese english accent and some pictures hinting to the return of an old power up (?) inside

Here, have some OoT 3DS Slideshow

And I dont really care if the line-up isnt amazing as of launch date, I've never had a DS, so this could be a great place to start playing some DS games. by the time I've played all the DS games I like, the 3DS ones should be available too.

and wasnt it 5 hours of gameplay with the max 3D effect and brightness settings?

Besides, doesnt it come with a portable dock charger?

This review says otherwise, and yes it comes with a dock charger and a normal charger.

I swear that I read 5 hours someplace >__>

Anyways, from what I read in another review, Max 3D effect isnt really needed, its just there so you can adjust it to a level that wont bother your eyes...kinda like adjusting the brightness in the DS lite.

it is still dissapointing that it lasts so little, but it was to be expected when you have a portable with the potence of a GC. I doubt the "Lite" Version of the 3DS will fix this, unless they make the battery bigger and therefore making it more expensive. (without mentioning bigger, defeating the purpose of a Lite Version)

Thoughts? Why would anyone need those?

Anyway, rather interesting to say the least.

I don't plan on importing a Jap. 3DS though.

Even though there's only two, I can't decide on a color. the Blue looks sweet but the black one is so sleek.

Hopefully I'll have a job soon. I'm really looking forwards to OoT3DS and Paper Mario.
