is this being released tonight? As in my town square there's a big... box with 3DS on it and a timer saying like 18 hours; if so does anyone know what games come with it or I could buy? I don't really want to buy it and have like, 3DS Brain Training hahaha.

Only SS43D interests me.

That and the forthcoming Kid Icarus game.

I dunno, Super Monkey Ball is a really cool series. Apart from that, Rayman and SSF4, it's a pretty poor lineup to me. No Mario or Zelda game is a first for Nintendo too, isn't it?

Yeah, and I think they were actually aiming to release the thing this Xmas just gone, but with that line up they may as well wait 'til this coming Xmas to get some decent launch titles developed.

Hahaha! Oh sh!t - guess I'll be waiting for the '3DS lite' then!

I'm not gonna buy edition one if it's got a sub-par launch title list and poor battery life.

Playing a 3DS game with 3D turned up, screen lighting turned up, wi-fi on an all that jazz = 3 hours of battery life.
I really want to be with Nintendo and their machines but come on.

3DS really does not interest me much at all. Too many of the games are ports and remakes for my interest.

For now, I'll keep saving for an NGP, although I'll probably get a 3DS once the more interesting stuff starts coming out.

So it is never made again.

Not getting a 3DS for a while. Too many ports and sequels. Where's the originality?

ah thank you, I guess the countdown must've been in days and not hours, it seems pretty early to be though. And yep, I live in the UK. I might just get the 3DS anyway, i've still gotten the original ds and although it still works it's just... old. And I can always play ds games on it in the meanwhile untill better 3ds ones come out.

Huh? I understand the first one (pronunciation and all), but what was up with the other 3?

He said flavors instead of color, analog nub instead of circle pad, and volume slider instead of volume switch. I know it shouldn't bug me, but it dooooooooes.

Actually, I would call it an analog stick, and volume slider is perfectly reasonable (that is unless it's not a slider anymore and I didn't know that)
