No. But then again, it was Link on a train. Seemed a bit, silly.

Thank you.

I probably will still buy SS to play it. It may have a good story but
lives on a floating island? Come on...
looks we'll all find out when we actually get to play it hm?

ps: I see more butthurt over the fact that I'm not worshiping the ground Skyward Sword hasn't even graced yet. Oh woe.

Butthurt isn't the word but I do find it ridiculous that being sceptical about it seems to be a crime over here.
I was more excited about Spirit Tracks, but that's because I'm not into console games that much.

There's nothing wrong with being skeptical. There is, however, something wrong about being just plain contradictory.

But everybody says that gameplay is more important than graphics (some people were defending Goldeneye with that point) and now they're obsessing about the art style. That's contradictory, too (though do I think it looks pretty and all).
Also, unrelated, but why is the fact that he's on a floating island so important? Final Fantasy III partly takes place on a floating continent but no one really cared.

Its definitely going the route of trying to get more people to play.

They want people to play the game? No!

What's wrong with the art style? :psyduck:

And here's a funfact; Miyamoto said that if Skyward Sword had the same art style as TP, it would be done by now.

That doesn't have anything to do with what I said.

Well, I posted that before you edited your post. Hang on.

People are enthusiastic about the graphics, not saying it's more important than gameplay. I don't know about the floating island bit though, probably the romanticized idea of it.

Skyward Sword is cell-shaded.

I am unbelievably pop flyin' right now.
