I'm looking for a specific song from SMT IV, apparently it came with the limited edition OST.

It's from the main theme, but the song I'm looking for is from roughly 1:12 to the end, so basically a long extended version of that part.
I found it on tumblr via the embedded music player, and there was no mention of the name of the track at all. If anyone knows what I'm looking for, I gladly appreciate the help!

I thought this came out of the blue, I never thought of Game Freak as the people to litterally remix their older tracks in a new, fresh way.
