It's still a good game, it's just not very good for a Zelda game.

I'm actually playing through OOT for the first time ever with a friend of mine. After that we'll finish Majoras Mask.

I should probably play through OoT too. I haven't gone all the way through yet. I got to the second dungeon and got bored.

Man I've never even gone farther than the tree guy in OoT. I feel so left out compared to the rest of the world.

I swear I'll get on it. as soon as I finish Wind waker. and stop sidetracking myself on purpose because of hype aversion.

Look how you killed this thread by not completing OoT.

The only other games that can match OOT's overratedness are Final Fantasy 7 and SotC, no other game comes even remotely close

Completely overrated, that. I prefer my system on the shelf underneath my TV.

And no, Halo is the game that matches OoT and Final Fantasy VII in sheer overratedness. Shadow of the Colossus is the benchmark of what games should be like.

I wouldn't call OoT needlessly overrated or anything. It was the first 3-D Zelda, so like...That's sort of calling your skeleton overrated.

Mario 64 is the true skeleton, but w/e.

The only wo things I didn't like about OOT was the Water and Shadow Temple. The Water Temple was so confusing its the reason I put the game down for years. I am also terrible at Zelda games. The Shadow Temple because it fucking creeped me out. Not the Wallmasters, I handled them easily...it was just the ambience and that daisies music.

I like the chills I get from creepy levels, music, characters and stuff.

Kinda feels like I belong.



I really liked the Hero's Shade from TP. and the bosses and general feel of the Desert Colossus temple or whatever it was called I don't remember shuttup okay.
