Dramatic cliffhanger~!

On a side note, am I the only one that actually likes the Mako segments? They're not as fun as the regular game combat, sure, but seeing that stupid car bounce around ridiculously is so silly that it actually is enjoyable to me.

Maybe after 50 hours it will be dumb, but for now it ain't so bad. Except Thresher Maws.

Yeah they were fine up until the last few where you already have everything but YOU NEED TO DO IT ANYWAYS.
I got used to the controls fast as the first time I was in the Mako was when I did the DLC and you needed to know how to fight in the thing to do it.

Depends on how people look at "let her go." There's either the literal translation of "letting her go from her cage, as in free" or "letting her go, as in we moved on while she was left to die." I figured it was the later since I imagined the former making more sense as "I let her free."

As far as it biting you in the booty later, actually:

The only backlash you get is a little backlash from the Krogans, and a second mission to have to save her.

If you choose to save her a second time, then the little insect things will actually help in the war effort against the reapers.

Sometimes giant alien hive mind bugs make more decent people than most people. It helps not to get caught up in sci-fi stereotypes.

I meant I allowed her to live and escape. I didn't realize that would be unclear? However, I avoided reading the rest of the spoilered text.

HOWEVER

An idiot friend of mine has foolishly let slip what is probably a terrible spoiler. Concerning one Mass Relay sculpture in the Citadel.

I might be a teensy bit mad at him now.

That's not even a big thing.
It's just like: "Oh OK" and then you're done.

It's a freaking sculpture. It's visibly quite different from the other relays (as if it were made of a different material). Not to mention, it's much smaller than the other relays. I think I can be forgiven for not making the connection.

So I just Brought Down the Sky, (or rather averted that), and I'm not super enthused by the resolution. On the one hand, everything was super tense and awesome. On the other hand, I had to let a supremely evil terrorist go free in order to be a saint about it.

That was probably one of those times where being a Renegade would be acceptable. It's also probably going to be another entry on the "haunt me later" list.

Welp, I got my first Renegade points. I accidentally drove over a monkey. Worth it for Garrus saying, "Nice shot commander!"

On the other hand, Paragon meter and Charm are maxed out in full. Now I can go do all those sidequests that I was avoiding.

Mordin, man

That wasn't a Renegade action. That just a straight-up heartless asshole action.

I think I liked Feros better than Noveria.

Noveria had a cooler boss fight but Feros had less "run around in circles doing sidequests for people."

I think I'm gonna' sweep the whole galaxy before I move on to Virmire. I'm maybe 50-66% through most of the systems.

Yes do that.
Do everything before Virmire.
