This may be a little late (I was gone all yesterday) but,I don't think it should be a side-scroller. I think it should be like the one tab made,I kind of like that format.

So this is a side scroller? I didn't even know that.

Exactly how 2D is it going to be? Like Mario 2D or what?

They said that was what they thinking a while back,it would be a sidescroller but you could go up and down paths and stuff.

I would like to nominate DnD, Malum, Decker, Zink, Airigh, and Sceb to be semi-important and crap. I dunno.

Also a template would be wonderful.

I have made the start of my MS Paint sprite! It's still somewhat of a work in progress (needs cleaning up, more animations, etc.) but here are the glorious two frames!

I'll provide a proper description later.

Someone with real art skill doing the animations. I mean I can animate, but fuck if I can do propper walking people and such.

I still think that Bill Nye's Alien/Billface sig needs to be implemented in some way or form.

Looking back maybe it was rather... rash nominating myself and my sister as a boss when I haven't done anything so we could easily be a shopkeeper/nothing. princess brothel, (and bill now) you're spriting is really good. How do you animate something in MSpaint?

Also I hope this doesn't go silent, like the AZ video compilation thread thing (but then again that person was busy so).

You don't animate in paint.

i draw the frames in paint then use gimp to animate it.

yeah i use the pencil tool in Photoshop and then put it all together in Flash
