Beat the Fool's Idol, twice, in one life, ridiculously easy boss.

Saw the guy up top before first kill, but decided to let him live, that was the wrong choice.

i honestly have no idea, i only ran through that area to loot all the shit on the ground. those drakes back when i was lvl 18 were too much for me so i just said fuck it

ive done quite a bit of exploring into areas i think im really not supposed to lol

wait, theres a troll?

maybe im just remembering it wrong, the fool is the really fat guy with the long tongue and gives you a shield that heals you over time?

also just beat qualagg or w/e shes called. i got invaded again but i think it might be scripted ones cause they dont seem to be that smart, and this one was able to be summoned before the boss too after i killed it.

the previous one might've been scripted too, idk

Fool's Idol is the first boss in the Tower of Latria, and the troll is the bastard you have to kill in order to advance to the next stage.

Be careful when in the valley of the drakes, there's a hidden boss around some loot.

Fighting the gargoyles as a knight is not exactly the easiest thing :/

I thought they were pretty easy. Easy to damage, anyway. You could try taking off your armor so you roll better.

it is, have you met the sun knight and the guy in gold armor who is locked away in the parish?

if you are in human form you can summon ppl to your realm from the summon signs, this includes NPCs that you find that you help or they are just there ( the moth thing npc i summoned i had never seen before so iuno) but Knight Lautrec Of Carim (the guy in gold armor) is the one in the parish you have to free, when climbing up the ladders to the gargoyle boss, you find him behind you after the first ladder, so unless your lookin you wouldnt see it. the other guy, Solaire of Astora (sun knight), his summon sign is bodaciously like right by the white mist that takes you to the gargoyles. you meet him on the red dragons bridge, like at the far end where you first see the dragon, hes just standing down there lookin at the sun.

you can also summon them both before the gaping dragon

the sun knight actually casts lighting bolts and stuff, which i think the gargoyles are vulnerable to. just keep your shield up and aim for the tail.

go human form and run around the right side of the swamp (near the bonfire with the dragon scale). you should run into a npc black phantom called milfred maneater. pretty easy to kill, drops a butcher knife.

once you do so, head to the spider bitch's lair, right outside the boss's door you should be able to summon the phantom you killed. with your meat shield in place, go flank the fuck out of the spider. if it spits lava, flank. if she swings at you, just back up. its really easy range the attack.
