guys I think I'll get this game for my birthday, I'm guessing it's about £10. But on wiki it says its planned to go beta in oct (my birthday) which I hope it doesnt untill like november as my birthdays in oct and the price'll go up if it goes beta.

yeah I think I will. also SKELETONS ARE MY MOST HATED ENEMY RIGHT NOW, I was building a window in my roof (only a small one, four squares) to see what glass was like and well my roof is very very very thick and like I needed to line it with light but I only had one torch so much fumbling in the dark happened and I've got two of the things up and I go to do a third but I check outsdide as I wanna see the view and ARROWS ARROWS I'm on like 4 hearts so I jump down to ma base (3 hearts now), skeleton shoots me before I could get in (as it starts to lag a bit - pressed f by accident) and I try to fight back and it fails.

Also I have 3 blocks of cacti far enough away from my house so they are a bit swallowed by the fog and I keep mistaking them for creepers (which disappeared when I lowered the difficulty. also the skelton spawned on EASY MODE IT'S MEANT TO BE EASY).

Skeletons are basically the strongest mob

once you get past the herp derp explosions creepers are pretty harmless little guys

I had to cheat the bamboo in as it's impossible for it to spawn on a snow world. Also pretty waterfalls.

snow block don't melt

the waterfalls have torches to stop them freezing

Awesome stuff you've got there. Also I think there's some way to turn on snow effects in multiplayer. I know I've done it with rain before or something. Might look it up later.

Yeh... Erm, there is a button, but... God, I've completely forgotten what it is. F5 maybe? One of the function buttons I think...

I remember that F5 toggled it in creative (or classic, whichever name your prefer), but that toggles thirdperson in alpha.

Also spelunking right now, found a lone diamond in a tunnel, turned to check the corners near it, and there was a creeper in one of them, just waiting for me to lunge for the diamond... sneaky creepers.
