Pyro is complete and total shit in any sort of competitive format. He'd be completely ignored in comp if not for Highlander, in which case Degreaser was the only viable flamethrower. Not because it's great, but because it's better than the others.

Pyro's in a tough place because they don't want to make him too supportive because then he wouldn't be about his class idea as a pyro, but he can't outdamage heavy/scout at close range because of his better speed/health. Valve currently went to buffing his damage, which is most of what people bitch about as pyro. Also the classic, if only one way is viable because the rest are bad, nerf the good and leave the bad bad. Though comparisons lead to the nerf being relatively minor, maybe it won't be too bad.

Yeah, Valve really messed this update up. Wait half an hour, play 10 minutes until game is over, leave and then wait another half an hour for another game.

Did they cut back on the restrictions at all in the past few months? Or is it still 'cell number or gtfo'?

Last time that I tried a trade, I believe there was a 15 day waiting period for each trade.

If it was just "add your cell number and you're gtg" I would have been like "fine whatever that might genuinely help me if I get locked out of my account somehow and I don't have to actually use it" but no, you also have to add the dumbass mobile authenticator. Fuck that noise, I'm not going to put up with needing to use my phone to use my computer.
