Or something like that. It's the official diagnosis for the time being.
There's also anxiety and depression in there but that's irrelevant to the situation.

I'll try to sum up what he said.

Valve has been doing bad things with the community.
The new Christmas Crates are quick photoshops.
There was suppose to be a new map and 2 new weapons for EOTL but Valve thought the map was "too complicated" and a lot of work had to be redone.
The cheddar from the Duck Journal and Duck Tokens goes mostly to Valve and not the EOTL team.

Anyways, the weapons might come back for the Spy vs Engi update and I don't really care what the crates look like as long as they don't fuck up what is in them.

I dunno, it seems a bit nit-picky to me.
Unless the EotL people actually complain about it themselves, I don't see anything wrong about it.

Guess they decided to repay the lack of weapons in EotL by giving us new weapons for Smissmas, 2 of which are Demo items and the other is a Shotgun.
