tbh the back scatter is super lame

unless you are behind someone, can get every pellet to land, and are only dealing with one enemy at a time, the smaller clip and reduction in accuracy really bites

it's super gimmicky, and has absolutely no upsides in fights where the enemy sees you

why not just use the FaN anyways

its mostly for scouts that can get behind enemy lines, as it is actually the most damaging scout gun there is. from the front it still does the same damage as a scatter, but from behind it does 140-150 damage, making it perfect for killing anything you might enough aside from a heavy

now i will agree it is pretty gimmicky, but its still useful on maps where theres alot of ways to go. you basically become a really fast spy that cant go invisible

the classic isnt op tho. it cant headshot unless you are fully charged and i believe it does not have as high rate a charge as a normal sniper (could be wrong, just feels slower and normal feels faster)

while you are actually shooting it you are slowed to a crawl, making you an easy target for pretty much everything



tideturner needs some form of drawback even tho i love the complete turn control. i can demo charge jump again :D

I can't wait until I can try the new weapons myself.
I could maybe see myself using the Back Scatter.
I'm not much for Sniper in general, so I'd probably pass on the rifle.

I REALLY want to Parachute/Sticky Jumper/Caber some people for the hell of it.

Maybe do something crazy with the new launcher and the Buff Banner or something.
Mini-crits plus scaling clip size sounds something pretty Borderlands-ish to me.

im still iffy on the new launcher. if you can land all 8 rockets in a single AOE yes it does really good damage, but you almost NEED to use the parachute in order to get the full 7 rockets (1 is used to actually jump so WOO)

i could see it possibly being useful for clearing control points or payload carts but even then, that rocket does like 30-40 damage and you only start with 3 of them. another point of fact is when you do get a full 8 rocket payload, you only have 20 back up rockets so ammo is sorely needed at almost all times.



out of all the weapons this one is the funnest to use, but also most impractical in my eyes
