I think the Tali relationship is really the best in ME3. Not only do you get a whole segment of the game dedicated to the Quarians VS Geth with a lot of Tali interactions, but Shepard and Tali are just a very hilarious and well done couple. Especially at the end of the story arc, where you go to fight the Reaper. Not only is it like just fucking awesome, Shepard's taking up of Keela se lai or however it's spelled is a really well done scene.

Not really any other characters besides Thane has that kind of emotional impact, and Thane's is just really sad.

Really irritated about how common interactions are with all the love interests except for Jack. Felt like they redesigned her and actually matured her only to have her character get relegated to a few side scenes.
