I kind of feel like I hit a wall in binding of issac rebirth, like I beat mom and Utero with all of the unlocked characters so far, am I supposed to go to the other final final stages to unlock more of the game, do I go for the challenges?

Some challenges are pretty easy, others are super hard. Most unlock really nice stuff. Challenge 17 is best unlock imo.

Beat Isaac with the lost finally. Had All guppy items, holy mantle, brimstone, cheddar equals power and other stuff.

Okay, I'm tired of playing vanilla Binding of Isaac, I'm upgrading to WotL, then moving on to ReBirth. Maybe I'll try that community remix mod while I'm at it.
