Sweet mother of God.There are roughly 105 characters. Given that eight characters for TF2 has taken roughly 49 months, the "Meet the..." set for DotA should be done in around 2065.

Personally I used my Heroes of Newerth experience, and chose the heroes I wanted to play the most.

Unfortunately Morphling could not go in all five slots.
