I knew Sega had to be making cheddar out of it somehow, and I'm sure they'll be introducing pay-for benefits/items at some point.

That said, the game and sprites look cute, but Idk if I'll actually get around to playing it.

While that's true about the energy system, you never have to use real cheddar to get more energy. You can use the in-game currency to purchase it as well.

They really put a lot of thought into this game. If they didn't let you purchase energy with in-game currency, a lot of people wouldn't bother to play it, considering it costs ten energy to use an elevator whenever you go down a floor.
