The original Noise Tanks, no question.

The JSRF ones were just guys in hazmat suits with blinking lights on them. They even spoke... nowhere near as cool as the JGR/JSR ones.

Look at that. Their blades are tank treads.

YESSSSSSS my friend was searching through his stuff and found my JSRF/Sega GT 2002 bundle disc and it works ~ Time to play through it again, the only thing missing from my last save 4? years ago was Zero Beat because I didn't understand what to do and didn't really know of Youtube back then

I went and played for an hour and it's not just nostalgia that causes me to praise JSRF. One flaw I noticed though is that you can't control the camera yourself, you can only center it to point at the direction you're going, which I guess didn't bother me back then but it felt really odd now since almost all current-gen 3rd person games have an adjustable camera.

But yeah it's defiantly not Nostalgia Goggles that make it good.

Ah I dunno, they renewed the license back in 2009 so it's still not too late to say they've given up on it I suppose.

Seriously if I found an old, used XBox I would buy it just for this game.
