Also, Samus never had the ability to crouch in the original Metroid. It's bothered me to the point of disabling her ability to crouch and shoot.

I think so because I finished the game as Ryu. Man, the windmill shuriken is awesome.

By the way, Samus can crouch in Zero Mission.

Goombas are no match for the... Uhh, is that the Wave Beam? I have to admit that I've only played the Metroid Prime games and half of Super Metroid, so I know nothing about the 8-bit Metroid games.

Simon is awesome and anyone who says otherwise can be scientifically proven wrong.

The only way it could be better if it was Richter instead of Simon.

I don't like Simon because, although he has a great double-jump, it's really... stiff, and harder to use than other characters' regular jumps.

...or at least, that's what I would be saying if I didn't just play him again right now. I guess they musta fixed the jump thing. Either that, or I have a bad memory. He's actually pretty daisies good now!

Climbing the walls are awesome. Enough said.

Also, before the update, I once played Megaman, but the farthest I was able to reach is 1-4.

With Ryu, I just finished the game.

Tuper Tario Tros.? It's really hard to play because you need to make platforms while in Tetris mode and in that mode, Mario is kind of exposed to enemy attacks.

So you kill all the enemies on screen before you go into Tetris mode. Or you crush them with blocks. Can you crush them with blocks? It's been a while since I played (the first two levels of) that game.

Yeah, but you have to build the castle to finish the level. And, by doing this, you are exposed to the enemies.

So, that's why I favor Super Mario Bros. Crossover.
