i thought for honor and the star trek game both looked pretty good, at at least they had a better conference than everyone else so far

hopefully sony kicks it into high gear again this year, even if they just showed more from last year, it'd be great

so far the microsoft conference has been who gives a shit but they just showed a game called We pop flyin' Few and it actually looks really good. a lot like bioshock but looks like more emphasis on the story probably.

Microsoft is publishing We pop flyin' Few? I thought it was staying all-indie. Also I thought it was already out. I haven't been keeping track of it but the devs were showing alpha and beta footage last year.

Welp, looks like I've got until October to get a PS4.

Does Horizon: Zero Dawn remind anyone else of the new Zelda?

Well then.

1. Sony - They delivered everything and then some in an excellently set up presentation. The best by far.

2. Microsoft - Respectable event. Showed off games, gameplay, new online features and teased their new hardware. My interest is piqued.

3. Bethesda - Games, DLC, etc. No gameplay for Quake Champions was a bit of a letdown.

4. EA - Good line-up, harmed by them showing Battlefield 1 off after the show rather than during (I did watch that; it was good gameplay) and their ridiculous documentary style segments with no gameplay, which especially rustled me off because I've been excited to see what Respawn and Visceral have come up with for their Star Wars titles.

5. Ubisoft - The only actual conference I can genuinely call bad. The drug-fueled Just Dance Intro, their silly Wildlands team-speak co-op session, showing a documentary for a movie, the stage getting "hacked" for Watch Dogs 2 and announcing a movie based on the franchise. It was a long chain of bad ideas.

I didn't watch the entirety of the PC Gaming Show so I'm not really qualified to make a statement about it. Wondering what Nintendo has in store for tomorrow.

I'm not sure what to think of Nintendo since they said that they were gonna focus on the new Zelda, which is good and all but there needs to be more than that to keep things interesting. I mean we'll probably get some light shed on the NX, even just a few cracks from the curtain, but past that I don't know what else they might have in store.

Cool, wonder if it's going to be more like 1 or 2 in terms of gameplay. Seemed larger scale than 2.

Man, I come back after like three months of being off the forums, and no one here is talking about Zelda.

Major bummer.

I'm so hyped.

People should probably just discuss Zelda in its own thread; unlike most of the other games shown at E3, it already has its own thread here.
