you mean the skill that increases damage when you kill someone?

the one that is actually notably worse than the other skills in sniping and bloodshed?

because it doesn't stack more than five, and it doesn't add on to already enormous, pre-existing bonuses?

No, I mean that every successful attack gives you more stacks, allowing you to deal more damage.

I have to agree with everything in that post.

I have never gotten an orange either, and builds don't matter if your having fun. In Borderlands,
F is for fire that burns down the whole town.
U id for uranium. BOMBS.
N is for no survivors.
