When I tried installing it, my computer was all like "Virus could not be cleared" or something like that.

Does that download contain viruses or is my computer just being stupid?

It doesn't have any viruses. Not any that my antivirus could detect anyway.

If you say so. If I end up getting a horrible virus, though, I blame you.

Sorry, for double posting, but my computer seems to think that it contains a trojan. It's probably nothing, but I shall proceed with caution.

The installing process is a bit overcomplicated, the graphics are sub par, the game play is slow, there's no tutorial, or any explanation of the controls.
I AM CONFUS

It's not a trojan, it just bothers anti-virus programs. particularly AVG, apparently.

The only problem I had when installing, was whenever I tried to start the game, it would tell me to update (after just updating) and use the proper loader
that was solved by renaming the game folder to "Schtserv PsoBB"

Yeah, except my computer doesn't know that and it is now forcibly removing it from my computer.

Sigh.

...huh?
How am I supposed to attack anything with chat commands? The whole game is confusing- having shortcuts to check what my clan is isn't helping.

Okay I will try to get all set up in time to join you guys.

However, my computer was all like "VIRUS VIRUS MUST KILL" about one of the game files (which is apparently harmless) and forcibly removed it from my computer. Hopefully the game will work without it.

Edit: And now the computer is freaking out about me running the game because it is trying to modify other processes or something.

My computer really hates this game, and I'm starting to wonder if it is right.

If you downloaded the proper files and everything, there's really nothing to worry about. add the game to your anti-virus' exceptions or shut the whole daisies thing down or something

Okay, sorry for double posting AGAIN but I have another problem. When I try to run the game, I get the message "GameGuard Error(153): GameGuard runtime error. Please e-mail the *.erl files in your GameGuard folder"

Does this have something to do with the files that my computer forcibly deleted because it thought they were viruses?

fuck.

So I can't move at all. Everytime I start the game I can't move. I use WASD and it types it into chat. I switch to arrows and nothing. The chat isn't open. In fact I can open it and close it and it'll still do it. I close the game entirely and its stuck that way.

What the fuck.
