Also no arcade endings grumble grumble
At least the four all played differently.
That being said, I do feel kinda bad for Setsuka fans since Alpha Pat is using her style. A story snippet in one of the artbooks explains that Setsuka did teach Pat how to fight but since that's not mentioned in the game most people wouldn't know.
I think the three mimic characters would've been more of a problem than Pat, Alpha Pat, Pyrrha, and Pyrrha Omega to be honest.

I dunno, what I remember from Soul Calibur IV's storymode was

Maybe some more text in between there
Yeah, SoulCalibur IV didn't have a great story mode. It honestly didn't have much for folks like me who don't have anybody to play with on their level. Not saying I'm great or anything but neither of my friends have a current system so they couldn't practice at all.
A part of me thinks that maybe they did that is because Creat a Soul characters could also be used in story mode.
I hope that if(and that's a mighty big one) there is another game in the series they'll do Edge Master Mode again. It told the story for each character and like Weapon Master Mode in SoulCalibur II each stage had a different condition. Plus it unlocked your weapons and explained why each character got those random things.
