That's kinda why I don't watch The Runaway guys anymore: NCS is just flailing to stay above the toilet water, Chugga is SUDDEN YELLING*, and ProtonJon is the only good one.
*Not an accurate representation because it's not in bold and size 1000.

As for the Egoraptors, Jon does have points, he's just bad at saying them and understanding what Arin is saying in turn. I can still understand what he's saying, but I see why some people wouldn't like him as much. Although I do usually take Arin's side of the argument.

Egoraptor, I swear, I love your work, man, but for the love of Mike, just keep your mouth shut about hating games. Please. It wouldn't bother me so much if the basis for your hate actually MADE SENSE.

Rant over.

He's not allowed to just not like games? Plenty of people dislike games just because they don't.
Hell I hate Donkey Kong, all of them, played them and hated them all.

It's not that he can't hate games, it's just that he hates so many, it's starting to feel like he doesn't know how to just have fun with a game. Also, he comes off as if he has a very specific idea of what exactly a game should be like, any game, and if a given game doesn't meet his standards, he hates everything about it, and if you think differently, then you're wrong, and that's that.

Well at least the intro is accurate.

So, Arin and Jon have problems with SS's controls.

But are amazed at how great Nintendo Land's Zelda Battle Quest plays. And complain that that's how SS should have handled.

I just... can't.

*smooch*

I do hope, as they go through Battle Quest, and the enemies get harder to beat, they realize that it plays EXACTLY like SS. The first few levels are largely "swing wildly to win" and reward you for really basic/stupid moves. The later ones will kill you if you miscalculate, much more in line with SS's play style.

It's a good thing they're hilarious, because I end up wanting to punch them a LOT.

NL is like, 1 to 1
SS is like, 1 to 2

Yes and no. SS is 1 to 1 with limitations. This way you don't stab behind/through you by rotating your arm 180 degrees, or other breaking things. The problem most people have is that they treat it like waggle and don't operate within the precision the game requires. Then, because they know what they were supposed to do, and felt they did the action correctly, they feel scandalized by the fact that the game refused to give it to them because they were off.

Similar things happen with rhythm games or games where button presses have a delay in order to ensure players have to think ahead. Anything where you're punished for imprecision is problematic for people.

But, you can't complain about how BQ has precision and SS doesn't. BQ has fewer limitations, given the versatility of the Miis, but the game demands the same respect to precise motions as SS.
