I found a wild shiny Pidgey and threw my Master Ball to catch it. I'm feeling like this was a big waste on my behalf...

I can't find shinies for the life of me. Maybe I just don't know how.

There's nothing to know. There's a roughly 1/8000 chance of getting a shiny in every encounter, and the lowest you can get it is around 1/200 with the Pokeradar in D/P/Pt.

Here is a guide to abusing the random number generator if you really want to guarantee a shiny, but at that point you might as well just hack to get one.

Was playing Red dead redemption in the wilderness near a cliff, there were a lot of rocks and little chasms you could get stuck in.

So I'm riding along and I see a guy on a horse stuck in a little chasm, thinking nothing of it until I realized he wasn't moving.

The horse's legs were totally stationary, but the rest of the body and the cowboy on it were bouncing up and down like it was one of these things

In Red Dead Redemption, sometimes if you shoot a small animal with a high-power bullet it'll explode, leaving nothing for you to skin.

I often find invisible walls and somehow get stuck in them. Just the other day I was playing Prince of Persia at a friend's house, and I found myself on the inside of a cliff, falling infinitely. (Awkwardly spooning my companion while falling, no less.)

Also, I was playing Kingdom Hearts II and Donald got stuck in a repetitive motion that looked like he was getting arse-raped.

Guess what? Birth By Sleep comes out in September! Let's just hope they don't pull a KHII and pull it back a few years. That was infuriating.

But yes, funny happenings. I was playing Pokemon and I found a shiny Swablu and I accidentally KO'd it. I was not pop flyin' at all

Recently, I was trying to be Best Friends For Ever and Ever Until One Of Us Dies with the guy named Pierre, in Harvest Moon Sunshine Islands.
I went over to his house to give him a present of berries, like always.
But then a cut scene happened...

[spoiler]When I went in on the top screen of the DS it had hearts, and stuff. I thought "Oh, cool! A cut scene! This is awesome!" But I failed to notice a tiny detail it was a dating cutscene not a "We're BFFEEUOOUD's" cut scene.[/spoiler]
