Yeah, I got that feeling as well. They really, really wanted to push the Mario Maker. They really needed Zelda U (or whatever it's going to be called).

I feel like in spreading things out between the smash direct and the nwc they kinda left the actual digital event a bit bare.

That being said though, so far Star Fox looks sick as shit, and the M&L Paper Mario crossover looks crazy as hell, and no sign of stickers either.

I was excited about the Animal Crossing,Yoshi, FE, and Mario & Luigi stuff. Metroid looked cool too, I think they can do some cool things with the multiplayer.

I mean, I'm still excited for Star Fox and Animal Crossing and stuff, but it really feels like they blew their load early with the Smash Bros. presentation and the NWC

They set themselves up for a lot of hype, and fell short

/Finally/ some Kingdom Hearts 3 info, really like how the game is coming along, Sora's new outfit looks neat, and it seems like 3D's Flowmotion is returning.

Other than that, Nintendo blew, I'm only interested in the Paper Mario and Mario & Luigi crossover and uh...the Animal Crossing Amiibo...

Nintendo had its moments, but it was pretty underwhelming. Star Fox looks amazing, the new Fire Emblem looks great, Xenoblade keeps looking better and better, and Mario Maker looks like fun. Aside from that, nothing really interested me. The new Zelda looks dull and unoriginal; just feels like a new Four Swords, and the bit about the princess being cursed to wear a horrible outfit is just idiotic. This feels even more like a placeholder than ALBW, though at least it doesn't feel like it's relying as heavily on nostalgia.

Oh, and Federation Forces is not Metroid. Try again, Nintendo.
