Also does anybody know how to get to the Humanoid Gekko right before his boss fight? I just shot it with a rocket but I dunno if that counts.

I think its just an easter egg. One of the trailers had Raiden fighting two dwarf gekko/scarabs stacked into a little man in the sewers. Sense you don't actually fight them in the sewers, I imagine it was a scraped concept that they and the model for and just decided to throw in, unless I just haven't gotten to the part of the game where there are dwarf gekko stacked into little men yet.

Also is it me, or are all the things happening in this game happening a lot earlier then the trailers made it looked. I thought that Denver would be near the end-game, but that's like the half-way point.

You do fight them in the Sewers.
The second hole you jump down into, the one where you fight all of the gekkos, once you're done killing them all run back to where you dropped down and there'll be one waiting there. Zandatsu it vertically cutting and killing both at the same time about you get 15000 BP.
There's even a trophy for finding and killing them all.

Oh, so its like the Lambda Cashes in Half-Life 2. Or the Scavenger hunt in Psychonauts. That's cool, I'll have to look for them on my second run-through.

I'm managing to consistently nab S-Ranks in my second run-through. Although, it is Normal Mode on NG+ so I do think that Ripper Mode and upgraded weaponry has something to do with it. Oughtta go through on a new game in Hard Mode after this one.

The sub weapons really dissapointed me.

I started on Hard mode and it is really quiet difficult. I'm actually quite afraid of Very Hard, and I'm probably going to do a second run-through on Hard again first.

Also, the final chapters are a lot shorter, but I kinda wish more were that length, particularly after the marathon of World Marshal HQ.

Also the Final Boss is Mad Brutal, and I don't think I really understand what is happening in the cutscenes anymore.

As a Texan I can safely say that College Ball at UT could give you those kinds of abilities. We take that stuff SERIOUSLY down here.

Man, that final boss was hard. I really had a bunch of trouble with the "Zandatsue the projectile" bits, even on the technical level, but it was a really fun fight overall.

Died over 90 times because I'm good at games.

Haha I lost at those parts like 100 times because it was impossible for me to line up my cut, so I just started running away from the projectiles

You don't need to be perfect, I got away with 3 squares.

I mean like

I could do the first cut easily enough

But then whenever I hit the second cut, my sword was not even on the same horizontal plane to cut it so I couldn't. Seemed like a glitch or something iunno

Oh I see.
You can use the left stick to move the camera around while in Zandatsu mode.

Except for when the game glitches up and the camera won't move anymore.

That's always good.
