Only its moves are hacked. The rest is the result of EV training. And by giving one Pokemon PKRS and infecting the others.

At least I don't give them 999 in every stat...there are so many AR cheats that get you ridiculously overpowered Pokemon. Like Sableye or Spiritomb with the Wonder Guard ability.

Fuck, those are some cool DRAMABATTLE sprites. Generally I don't see a lot of character/emotion in pokemons' human designs, but these seem really cool for whatever reason. Then again, it could be the nostalgia talking.

EDIT: Also I'm just noticing that Surge and Guile are twins.

For some reason the guy with blue hair on the bottom row reminds me of leeron from Gurren Lagann. I really don't know why.
