AWKWARD ZOMBIE

So during Hal-Con I signed up for some fighting game tournaments, and I lost in every one. I did make it to the finals for one though, Persona 4 Arena. The thing is, I have never played the game before that day.

I have no idea how I did it, I just stuck with Yu and used my backwards quarter-circle moves and seemed to do well when I learned to combo. Then I got to the final match, winner got an all access pass for next year.

Some asshole who is autisticly good at the game wiped the floor with me. He didn't even get hit. He used some one ht kill move that I didn't know existed. I had to sit next to him while I watched the next two finals for other tournaments, and he mumbled to me, AND I QUOTE: "Man, I should have joined the other tournaments. I would have beaten them as bad as I did you." I just fucking walked out of the room after that.

Like, god daisies.

But other then that I had fun.

I don't think it's fair, nor acceptable, to call someone autistic because they're good at a fighting game.

Not only is it not true, as fighting games are played competitively by a huge number of player, it's just completely disrespectful and ridiculous. Plus, what if he had autism? Some people do, and play fighting games, and do well. You can't just say "lol autistic kid".

People who have autism usually excel greatly at something, but are very socially awkward.

I don't know if this guy was socially awkward, but he certainly greatly excelled at this. It's something that my friends use and we in no way mean it to be hurtful.

I already told Great Handsome Oppressor, but I like Tekken Tag Tournament 2 more than Bloody Roar 2. I officially found a game which finally takes the place of my favorite fighter, only took like 14 years.

I done bought tiddy Generator Dimensions and wow does the arcade mode suck.

So I've been really looking at a lot of BlazBlue lately and I've been thinking of getting CSX as an early Christmas present for myself. I know I should wait for CP to come out, but I'm impatient and would like to get a head start in learning how to play the game since I've never played BB before.

Looking at some gameplay, I think I may want to main Noel and Hazama/Terumi, but first I need to learn some good BnBs. Anyone know any for those two as well as any possible tips for the two of them?

Preferably not in number notation.

I got Third Strike for my birthday. It's hype, and I think I'm ready to start learning how to play a fighting game for once.
Fast characters are my preference immediately from playing Sheik in Smash Bros. but I'll be damned if I can remember the character's names.

If you like fast characters, try Ken, Chun-Li, Yun or Dudley. Though you might also like Twelve if you want to do some crazy air tricks and turn invisible.

Edited for truth. Speaking of Chun-Li, I landed a 502-damage punish combo at 1:17 that is absolutely revolting.
