I'm hoping when they eventually release 10 (probably for the Wii U), they'll have a collection set of 1-9 to go with it.

It'd be pretty cool to have the whole series on the console, seeing as we're going to lose 4-7 when we make the console jump.

I have wanted this for the longest time. Some of the older games are really amazing. All they need is a graphics boost.

Honestly if Mario Party 3 was remade that would be enough for me.

Anyone else want Card Party from 5 to come back?

That game was addictive as fuck.

Fish Upon a Star and Pushy Penguins were the best things from 5.

Because worlds have a general theme but it's not a strictly followed theme, like it would be in other games.

Yup, then there's a bubble level. World 8 is just plain weird.
It's almost as if Bowser wants to make the Mushroom Kingdom pretty, and he kidnaps the princess to get tips.

:P

Words that forever have traumatized me in Mario Sunshine:

MAMA PEACH!!!!!

O.o Sometimes I cant help but wonder.... how?!? Is this why he kidnaps her so often? Is that where the sicko Koopa Children come from? No, I dont care it was revealed later it was a lie thats not undoing itself. IT EXPLAINS SO MUCH, and yet it explains too much .... I am just... horrified at these ramifications.

Maybe Koopas reproduce asexually. And/or Jr. is Bowser's Clone.

In other news look at that :D face...in almost every single cover. ...wow...

[Starts reading translated scans]

What the heck am I reading?

This is even more bizarre than the Super Mario Adventures comic...

I never really believed that Bowser kidnapped Peach in any of the games because he found her attractive in that way, but I also don't know of any other clear motivation for abducting her so frequently other than to bait Mario into fighting him.

IIRC, Princess Peach's face was a mess in Sunshine anyway - I don't know what was going on with her lipstick in that one.

oh no, he does.

Pretty evident in the RPGs and Galaxy 2 that his grand plan involves killing Mario, then forcefully marrying Peach and then ruling over all of existence with her as his queen.

it's actually one of his two major character points, i'm not sure how you can question it

Peach was actually bearable in Mario 64 & Mario Sunshine.

In Mario 64, you only had to deal with her at the end of the game.

And Sunshines peach had a calm voice and didn't yell MARIO! Seriously, god dammit peach.

1. Bowser is attracted to Peach
2. If they got married, he'd rule over both Koopa and Mushroom Kindoms

So those points alone supply a lot of motivation to continue his wacky hi-jinks.

However, I highly doubt he and Peach ...did anything like that with each other. Sure, in the time spent together while Mario's beating up the mooks, it's possible but for the love of god, how did Bowser have SEVEN kids by the time of Super Mario Bros 3? There's the first game, the lost levels (Super Mario Bros. 2 (USA) had Peach playable, and may have been just a dream anyway, so it dosn't count) and that's it (IIRC). That would be 2 children, assuming there were no twins/triplets/whatever.
Plus, they're completely different species. The closest Bowser gets to mammal is his Ox-characteristics, but most of him is a Tortoise/Dragon/idk beast who's massive in comparison.
I prefer the fan theory that Bowser had an ex wife who was koopa or something. Or like I said eariler, he dosn't need a woman to have kiddies.

That, and it's a Nintendo game.
