Which only goes to show that people will pretty much complain about anything on the Internet.

Although personally what I complain about is the image itself. Impersonally very pop flyin' with how Fnaf 3 turned out, and I was pretty much ready to shut the book on the trilogy, even with the two unexplored locations. Alot was explained, some questions remained unsolved, and to be honest, sometimes its better that way. This... abomination kind of looks like Freddy climbed up from the pits of hell, which, considering the good ending involved you in the last game freeing a bunch of childrens souls... makes absolutely no sense.

Although I will still give a point for showing us Freddy's true form. I always KNEW it was Satan!

I don't get why people people complain about or even bring up the short time there is between game announcements. How is that at all a factor? When people are looking at the series a year from now how is that going to affect their view of it?

When did Bonnie meet Carface from All Dogs go to heaven?

.... Honestly not digging this one :/ If he seriously thinks hes going to scare or intimidate the audience with these kinda pictures, Ive seen scarier abominations hiding under my bed as a child. Theyd probably make better animatronics too. :/

Im either hoping that this is either some sort of 6th Night thing, due to the word 'Nightmare' in Freddys picture, or maybe something for the movie, since I know Hollywood is a fan of ruining successful things. Because I think this has ruin labeled all over it.

Well, that and considering the fact that blue is considered to be a calming color in human psychology...

How many other people, I wonder, care more about the story than the game?

I'm one of those that could really care less what the gameplay was, but the story interests me endlessly.

Hasn't blue been used in a lot of horror things? I think the idea is in fact to give a calming feeling, but couple it with something unnerving in order to create cognitive dissonance

Pretty much everyone.
The game wouldn't be popular without the story.

Are you sure? I'm pretty sure most people flocked to FNaF 1 because of its unique gameplay and concept (and the fact that it was scary as shit)

It would have been a short-lived fad without the story.

I'm not saying the story isn't a huge part of FNaF, but I'm saying that the story really kicked into gear in the second game

Dude, I'm a fan of these games and know it is already going to be a short lived fad. Terra is def right that it was the unique atmosphere and gameplay that brought people in. The story really only came into play with the second game. It kept people interested, but is not what initially drew them in.
