This is just guessing, but i think around the end of the game every character will be at the same place, so you will be able to make up any team you want.

No, I think her Final Smash is Hyper Mode. But, what you saw was an alternative costume. If you look closely in the
final Smash video one of the fights has Fierce Diety Link.
