E3 is just a media circus now. Real gamers aren't even allowed; they just pay the "journalists" to come in and watch, most likely in exchange for 10/10 reviews.
That said, I'm still looking forward to game announcements.
Hideo Kojima has been tweeting for several days about an MG Rising: Revengeance demo they've been working on in the office, so I'm pretty sure that's gonna be there.
Predictions on any Kojima announcement:
Hideo Kojima begins talking. He continues talking for over half an hour, leading up to some big announcement. The media get antsy and finally he takes a seat as the lights dim. Everyone gets excited, only for a video of Hideo Kojima continuing to talk begins to play. Talking about things like plot development, new features, the development process, all without any video of the actual game. Just Kojima, talking. An hour later, the video is still playing. A disgruntled media journalist has enough and needs to pee, and decides to try leaving sneakily, despite appearing rude to everyone else. He realizes the door is locked and tries another, and another. He finds out they're all locked, and realizes this was a trap all along. He announces it to the others, there's a panic through the crowds as they try to get out. Hideo just smiles and continues to tell them to "wait for the announcement."
After E3 wraps up, the janitorial staff tries to clean up where the announcement was being made, only to find the locks fused and impossible to get open. There's dull moans on the other side, and cackling laughter heard.
Weeks pass and eventually they're able to break into the room. Everyone is dead except Kojima, who is still talking about the announcement. When questioned about what happened to everyone, he just smiles and says "They couldn't handle the anticipation."
Oh, and the MG game is on schedule for release sometime.
