Isn't Katawa Shoujo going to be H in the end?

Recently I finished Planetarian.

It's a pretty short story with no choices and one ending, so bodaciously a novel with pictures.

It's set in one of the post apocalyptic futures I know you all have boners for. You play as a junker that's searching an abandoned city for cigarettes and alcohol when you find an old planetarium and meet a robot girl that works there and doesn't realise the world is fucked. bitch tears and a mecha fight

Right now I'm playing (and have been slowly for like a month lol) Katahane. It's about some bitch who wants to make a play so she drags MC, her brother amd MC's robotic imouto to a city to find actors. Lesbians and robot girls, pretty slow and the characters are likable.

inb4 cargo and terribleshit

I don't like the VN format but I can't wait for Katawa Shoujo. Act 1 had great characterization and I hope the rest of the game is that neat too.

>implying Katawa Shoujo will ever be finished

That being said, I like to play VNs every now and then, but its hard to find time when a lot of them are so fucking long and have multiple routes. Haven't tried any of the ones posted so far (with the exception of KS Act I) so I might have to give them a try. I'll name some I've played and liked too.

Sharin no Kuni: Criminals, instead of going to jail, are given "obligations" that fit the crime they have done (its a bizarre system.) MC is training to become a "Special High Class Individual," who are the ones in who watch over these criminals. Travels back to his home town for his final test, which is watching over 3 girls and reforming them to remove their "obligations."

Monster Girl Quest: Luka (the MC) travels around fightin' monster girls with the ultimate goal of defeating the Monster Lord so that people and monster girls can live together in peace. Also known as "Sexy Snake Lady: Gourmet World Tour."

Quartett!: Phil, possibly the greatest MC to ever live, gets invited to join a school for musicians because he's a ballin' violin player. Gets thrown into a quartet with 3 girls and has to practice and get along with them so they can win a big competition at the end.

Should point out that all 3 of those have ero content, so obviously don't play them if you are against it or are underage (lol) or something. I'll try to think of some more I've played later, but I'm drawing a blank for now (especially on VNs with no h. I know I've played some but I can't think of them.)

Does Phoenix Wright count?
Anyway, I once played/read Time Hollow and... it really just seemed pointless.

Monster Girl really wasn't meant for actual reading.

Now if you want a good H-VN There's always Sengoku Rance. It's not just reading it's part RPG.

Fate/Stay Night (18+) is also great, if you liked the anime you'll like the VN even more. The 18+ parts are pretty much optional and fucking terrible, and I'm sure there's a patch somewhere to remove them.

I downloaded G-Senjou no Maou (The Devil on G-string) months ago, haven't gotten to it yet. It's 18+ but I heard it has a really good story.

I've also read something I forgot the name of You're some guy who's terminally ill in a hospital and meet a girl and you both run away. that was pretty good.

Ok, if I'm being honest, the story was decent at best and the art is anywhere from good to awful because of the different artists, but monster girls are my fetish so it was fun to play in my opinion. When you win, you win. When you lose, you win.

Also, now that I've remembered it, 999 was pretty great (and no h-content!)

what you don't like mollusks?

Also while it's not a VN, I reccomend playing Corpse Party. It plays like an RPG but really there isn't much to do besides walk up to things and press X and it's pretty dialogue heavy so I'll post about it here. Also it has CGs so that totes makes it a VN

While it's not shit yourself scary, the voice work, sounds and descriptions make it creepy as hell. It makes you imagine bad things instead of being like "lol look how gross this is"

Is that in one of the other Arcs? I've only read the main one so far.
