Hey, I'm the worst when it comes to posting on forums but I'm actually pretty sure nobody made this thread yet surprisingly.

I just got it late last night and made my first charicter, Captain Albino, on Public Enemies

Never heard of it.

I've been giving this game the sexy eye for a while, but I wanna wait for a review from a website I frequent before making any decisions about buying it.

ive been tempted by this game...i might get it

I like superhero stuff but I would rather try a demo account first before I get it. Is there such a thing?

i've been in it since closed beta (i have a friend who works for SOE fuck yeah) and it's pretty fun. until you hit sevel cap though, which is kind of my only real big complaint. there's not much to do after that but gank people x: i haven't logged in in a while though so that might have changed. i don't even know if i still have an account since open beta/release haha D:

disclaimer is i'm a very casual mmo person so my "review" may or may not be worth anything haha. i mean i enjoy the "tour" quests just because the scenery is gorgeous in the game and i like flying through architecture

I've been playing for a few days, only one character so far but the vast choices means you can make numerous types of characters.

My toon is a ice-powered tank type brawler with speedster, speed force and inertia flywheel ftw. (Nuller on Vice and Virtue)

My complaints would be that tanking is... weird, to say the least. Only did one 'alert' (instance) and the party wasn't really sticking together. With no real way to gauge threat or anything, and healers can't single target.

It's a great distraction from WoW, leveling different types of characters on hero and villain side is probably the most fun I'll get from it.

All right! Now i can finally unleash my DC fancharacter I've been building up from a lame self-insert to a character that can actually exist not as a fancharacter! THIS IS GONNA BE AWESOME

Okay I've already made four characters. I love making characters on this! I don't much like that tutorial level though, but it's a small price to pay,

Well a couple of these guys are what you might call "fan characters", so I wouldn't worry about it. I have a feeling that's what most DC nerds are making.

Are you asking why its not on Xbox? The same reason most, if any, MMO's don't go to Xbox. They know no one really wants to pay fox Xbox Live AND the normal subscription fee. Plus, I think the PS3 is more friendly to MMO's, though what software difference there is I don't know.

I really wish is was for x-box too, I feel your pain. I'm not even used to playing full PC games, and this is my first mmo (well, I played a trial on WoW). It's taking some adjusting.

on a related note, anyone know of a good controller for pc gaming, if anyone here uses one?
