Also, I still say Spore is definitely worth getting, but... that's probably just me.

I mean, if they polished some of the game modes to be a little.. better, it would have been a great game.


Imagine, building cities all over your planet ala Sim City, and then taking over other player's planets online.

That would have been pretty daisies boss in my book.

SimCity is a full game. It's a full game even without terrain like a miniature planet. Even without being able to customise nearly everything. It's a full game.
The city stage is 1/5th of a game.

Making Spore the size of 5 full games is ridiculous in itself, let alone when you want to add in all of the stuff that makes Spore... Spore.

Right, I didn't read it properly.

I still wish you could build hiveworlds. But noooo, 3 colonies is the limit!
Also fleets and what not. It'd be more fun being galactic fucking emperor, ala Total War: Space style.
