seeing as how the other thread was locked, ill make my own thread.

honestly i wish i had started on these games sooner, even tho i would have nothing to play now. the wii controls fit great with the game, and its taking a long time just to beat the 1st one.

it has a "zelda" feel to it, if you will. which means it feels as tho im playing something worthwhile that will take more than 3 days of playing to actually beat.

all in all worth the cheddar. id recommend it especially to those who have never played the metroid series if you want something that is fun to play and will last you.

I still can't actually find the trilogy anywhere, the nearby shops don't seem to sell it!

I ordered it a while ago. According to Amazon it should've arrived two days ago.
Oh well.

Yeah as soon as I got to the Artifact Hunt, I took a break to play Bowser's Inside Story.

OH BOY SCAVENGER HUNTS WITH NO IMMEDIATE CLUES. Fuck yeah.

Aren't the clues at the crater site?

Correct me if I'm wrong, it's been a while since I've played.

Yep, scan the pillars at the artifact site and it gives you clues where they are.

There is a path, I think its a door behind your gunship. You'll need the double jump to get there first.

Wrong.

It's the door in front of you on the ledge across from your gunship. Wrap around to the left and jump up behind the waterfall. Once you put in some Artifacts, the other pillars become half-powered, and scanning them gives you clues to the locations of the others.

Also, if you think that's bad, wait until you get to Echoes. Four key hunts.

The first time I got to the artifact hunting in Prime 1 I just said to hell with it and stopped. Came back a month or two later and found them all in one sitting and continued on to beat the game. I dunno, I just couldn't motivate myself to do it the first time.
