I don't think there's been a thread for WiiWare in general, only ones for specific games.
So let's talk about the games we've played or seen or whatever.

I just bought NyxQuest this morning and I've enjoyed it so far. I keep crushing myself with blocks, though.

There's probably already been plenty of discussion on World of Goo; it's a nifty little physics engine accompanied by geeky humor.

Lost Winds was okay. I've yet to play through the whole thing. It's pretty entertaining for a while, but can get tedious quickly. After taking a break from it and forgetting what I was doing and where I need to go, I lost the motivation to bother figuring it out.

Am I the only one who feels that both Wiiware and Virtual Console are hideously overpriced and needlessly tedious to buy from?

For the former, I always feel like this. Maybe its just a problem in Australia and a hilariously bad approximation of currency values, but it seems like when a game would be about $8 on the Psn, its about $15 on Wiiware.

For the latter, why the hell do I need to enter my credit card number every single time? Did they honestly never think that maybe the person who owns the credit card might be the same person who wants the daisies game?

If you haven't downloaded MM9 yet... there is something seriously wrong with you and you should seek professional help.

I was never very good at that classic style of Megaman; I don't think I've beaten a single one. I have the anniversary collection for the PS2 if I ever feel like getting owned by robot masters.

I also don't like Final Fantasy, which my friends find it hard to believe.

Same here. Aparrently I'm not a 'proper geek' now, whatever that means.
I've downloaded plenty of games from the virtual console, but I've never really taken a second glance at WiiWare.
But I think I might. Recommend anything?

Is Starfox 64 still on virtual console? If it is, I'd suggest investing in that.. you know, if your into Starfox games. I had a lot of fun with it.

That, and Super Mario Bros. Fun game. Fun game.

Same. I liked Tactics: Advanced and Tactics: A2, but stuff like FF7 did not interest me at all.

I also don't like KH, which makes me some sort of freak.
