Where's that Sonic Adventure 3 announcement you promised us last month Sega

i'm like 80% sure they did no such thing

They were GOING to officially announce it on March 3rd but nothing happened.
Then again, let's remember the last time we were promised Sonic Adventure 3...

Sonic Generations seems like a good game but it does not like my xbawks controller

besides they call bodaciously every game since adventure 2 "adventure 3" in development and oh man guess how many adventure 3's we've gotten

There is no way Colours or Generations were going to be Adventure 3.
Also Sonic Unleashed was going to be called "Sonic World Adventure".

sonic unleashed was not going to be called world adventure, it bodaciously was in japan, that's the japanese title

and before that i have no doubts it was not SA3

When did they ever talk about SA3?

I wish Sonic CD had better level design. Aesthetically it's great, and I do feel that the way it is designed clearly shows you how important gaining speed is, especially in conjunction with the time traveling thing, but they really kind of went overboard on the "slow you down" thing. Also fuck Wacky Workbench that's just not fun. Also going to the future, or really even back to the present is a waste of time unless you like the aesthetics they have enough to go through the hassle. There's never a reason to do anything that doesn't involve going back to the past and spending two or three minutes digging around the level for the machines to break, unless you do the special stages I guess.

Honestly I like Sonic CD but it's got some problems.

Also I wish more Sonic games had original special stages, way too many of them try to ape Sonic 2's.

So I tried Sonic CD lite on my moms new Android, by god is this fun.

Edit: We already have SA3, it's called Sonic 06.

I really dislike Sonic CD because it slows you down so much.
I can tell why people like it but for fucks sake why is a Sonic game slow this is not how they work.

I honestly don't know why people like Sonic CD so much; it's just that one game in every series that is incredibly overrated (e.g. Ocarina of Time)
The music is honestly the strongest part of the game.

Can we just agree that Sonic 3 + knuckles was the best in the series?

Nope.

Sonic Generations and Sonic 2 are very heavily competing for the top spot.

I don't like &Knuckles much. 3 was okay.

I think it's just the general aesthetics of the game in general. Stardust Speedway is probably my favorite 2D sonic level as far as how it looks. That it had a lof of interesting concepts that really weren't expanded upon for a while (Metal Sonic) or just ignored (time traveling and Super Peel out.)



On their own, 3 and Knuckles are alright. They really shine when you stick them together though.
