There is a chance KoA could be saved. When the company defaulted on their loan to Rhode Island, the state got ownership of all its IP's. They'll likely be auctioning them off sooner or later, because honestly what use does a state have for it, so another company might step in and pick it up.

's cool. Anyway, apparently they've been poking around the financial stuff of 38 Studios. They managed to burn through 5 million dollars a month.
