And of course, there are always errors.

So when I try and get into Gmod, it starts up normall, displays the guy with the physics gun. But when its about to start up, it crashes, and a error text box appears saying there is a problem with hl2.exe. I have TF2 with a hl2.exe server running thingamabob, but it just crashes. Any one know why this is happening?

Also, if i close out of TF2, it doesn't let me get back in unless I log off/shut down my computer.

Got GMod working after 2 hours looking for a solution until i found one. So, WHO WANZ TO PLAI.

I have obtained the gmod vidya

no counterstrike so i keep seeing purple checkers and errors everywhere

downloading textures and such from http://www.garrysmod.org/downloads/?tag=counter+strike to hopefully fix it.

anyone else had this problelm/found a solution?

It should work if you have any source game, I believe. If that's right, then you could download TF2 and it would work.

I have tf2 but When I tried to play on mulitplayer servers I would see purple checkers and errors everywhere

so i uninstalled and am reinstalling now.
