Even so, Activision is he worst about it. Plus Valve is actually good enough to release a good enough game and not screw anybody over in the process. Hell, if you hadn't pointed EA out I could've said that about every game company.
EDIT: So Infinity Ward remains on the Call of Duty roster. I bet they're gonna get rid of them after they make the cheddar from the DLC.
EDIT 2: And the spinoff about ghost. It'd be stupid of them to deny their fans that kind of awesome, not with how much they'll make off of it.
