Because we need one and I need better rogue builds since Cataclysm won't be giving me five talent points like I thought it would a while back.

Just make the build, link it, discuss why you use that, and ask for what good specs are for healing/dps/tanking/leveling/soloing/pvp etc.

So guy's what's a good resto shaman build? I'm only at 26, but uh... I've never done a healing character before and I have no idea what to do.
