First, in order to get a car, you must visit the DMV and wait patiently in line for 20 hours. Then you need to pass a bunch of tests and then politely thank the employees for their time spent with you.

Then you go out and knock gently on the window of a stopped car and wait as the driver slowly rolls down the window, and after sharing a smoke of some coffee you politely ask him if you may borrow his car.

As someone from Saskatchewan, I can testify that these types of crimes are common throughout our province. I'm afraid to go out at night
